We are where Omaha goes to get in shape, STAY in shape, and have a lot of fun with a great bunch of people!

Our Warrior Fitness Kickboxing is designed to get your heart pumping and your body toned!  With martial arts inspired exercises, Warrior Kickboxing targets all of the areas that we love to hate!  Our class is constantly changing in order to work your entire body.  In one action-packed hour, we will punish the kicking bags for 8 heart-pounding rounds, then work some plyometrics or use some hand weights to strengthen, tone, and tighten! Our class is designed for both men and women, ages 13 and up, and to fit most fitness levels.  If you have any questions, JUST ASK! 

We require that you wear boxing gloves and train barefoot.  
(Gloves and hand wraps are available to purchase. )
